During installation
Our client was carrying out a full refurbishment of a heritage listed building in North Fremantle. The building was being fit out for a new restaurant and function area. Not only did we have to supply and design all required HVAC mechanical services, we had to ensure that we were not going to impede on its heritage charm.
We installed 9 split systems, 2 x cool rooms, 3 toilet exhaust systems, 1 kitchen exhaust, 1 x makeup air system and 1 pizza oven exhaust system.
It is now a fully operational restaurant with all required mechanical services to suit their needs and there were no issues regarding the heritage listing thanks to our constant communication with our client.
