We took over this buildings maintenance contract. In our first visits several floors of tenants were unhappy with the current state of the air conditioning, and its inability to keep them cool. We sent our senior technicians to determine the issues.
The owners were contemplating a complete AC upgrade which would be an enormous investment.
We were able to locate an extensive list of issues with the current systems. We discussed the areas to start in which to bring the systems back to good working order.
We worked with owners in repairing and addressing some of the major issues and have since achieved a building where tenants feel comfortable to carry out their day at work.
