Our services were required to help design and install a fully integrated kitchen exhaust system to meet the requirements of this busy café.
There were several requirements required in order for the system to comply. We supplied and installed an interlocked fresh air and kitchen exhaust system. The fans are VSD driven to maximise efficiency allowing the client full control.
We also supplied the required fire dampers so that in the event of a fire, other floors were not at risk. We supplied and installed the air conditioning systems to keep the staff and customers cool and comfortable.
