This client had a restaurant that had major issues with excess smoke in the dining area, we took on the challenge to design and install a system that was able to cope with the excessive smoke production in order to keep the customers breathing fresh air.

We installed a new kitchen Hood/Canopy to catch the smoke and we upgraded the fans to adequately remove the smoke. We also installed a variable speed drive with 3 speeds so they can slow the unit down when they’re not in full service. The system is working well as designed.
